We want you to love your Klaq. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.

14-day return right

Under Swiss consumer law, you have the right to return any online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to return

Email us at federico.barchilon@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty products

If your Klaq arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Paper rolls

For hygiene reasons, opened paper rolls cannot be returned unless faulty.
